The Wine List at Restaurant Donovan

The wine list at Restaurant Donovan is built to serve the mood of the room — anchored in old world classics, with space for discovery. Burgundy, Bordeaux and Champagne sit alongside carefully chosen Australian and international producers. Rare vintages share the page with younger releases, each selected to complement the season and the kitchen.

A rotating by-the-glass offering allows for exploration, while a thoughtful list of cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic options rounds out the experience.
